Memorandum of Understanding Signing Ceremony Between Universiti Sains Malaysia and HUBEI Institute of Fine Arts (HIFA), China

Leading the ceremony was Professor Dato' Ir. Dr. Abdul Rahman Mohamed, the esteemed Vice-Chancellor of USM, accompanied by prominent figures such as Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhizam Bin Mustafa, the Director of the International Mobility and Collaboration Centre (IMCC) at USM, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sarena Binti Abdullah, the esteemed Dean of the School of The Arts, USM, and Dr. Norfarizah Mohd Bakhir, the Deputy Dean (Research, Innovation & Community) of the School of The Arts at USM and a Senior Lecturer of New Media Design and Technology Department, Dr. Mohd Asyiek Mat Desa.

The primary objective of this momentous Memorandum of Understanding Signing Ceremony between USM and HUBEI Institute of Fine Arts (HIFA) is to establish a shared vision. This vision is aimed at promoting academic excellence, fostering cultural understanding, and nurturing creative talents.
